The Last Song

So I just watched that movie, the Last Song starring Miley Cyrus. Personally I hate anything Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus/Stewart related but I really liked this movie. I would have loved it if she hadn't been the main character but oh well. :) She did an awesome job at being a half-gothic troubled teen, surprised? (Not really) haha

So I think my favorite part was the cinematography. I love that word ;) - and the beaches and stuff like that. And I LOVED the sea turtle eggs. That was a nice side story.

It did seem to me that there were a lot of . . . climaxes. Y'know? Everybody knows the part in the movie where "the big thing" happens - occasionally there can be two maybe three and it can still be a good movie but it seemed to me that this movie had at least six . . . am I the only one who noticed that?

Another thing, I think was that there was a lot of almost un-needed emotions. Talk about very emotional. Haha but I did like the PMS part - "pissed at men syndrome" although I usually wouldn't agree with the p-word usage. It was pretty funny.

And I just really don't like Miley as an actress - for older movies. Maybe kids movies sure . . . but . . . yeah it's gonna take me a while to get used to her in the real film world ;)
