bad habits die hard

example number#1: facebook. {enough said?}

example number#2: i have one bad habit of avoiding people in hallways at school who i know i would love to see, but if there is any case that it may be awkward in any way, i'll either speed up, slow down or look down and around {anywhere but at them} {this one also seems to have shown itself more prominently in cases where i have formed any particular attractions to people of the opposite gender}.

example number#3: saying exactly and whatever is on my mind, no censorship. good in some cases, bad in others...like the time i insulted a group of girls by referring to the room they were in as "estrogen-filled" {derogatory, in that sense if you don't know the meaning of that word} or the time i compared my hunger to that of a pregnant woman. awkward.

example number#4: apologizing way too many times for things that aren't even necessary to apologize for. i've been told it's not only annoying but also makes other people feel awkward.

example number#5: making my bed in the morning. you didn't really need to know that but i thought it was a good example.

example number#6: blogging breaks that take longer than the ten minutes assigned to them {like right now.}

example number#7: repeating songs so often on my playlist that i get sick of that one song and then hate it from that moment forward; difficult because lilly often starts liking my music after i've discarded it and hearing music i've come to that level with...is...grinding to my soul.

i should fix all of these things. and actually am in the process of fixing some of them, and one even is practically all gone {#2}. i wish i were better at improving myself. i have many bad habits, these are just some of the funny ones.
